Payment Terms
50% deposit required upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment.

Production Lead Time
Standard production time is 4-6 weeks from deposit confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or freight forwarders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and service level selected.
Import Duties & Taxes

Warranty

Returns & Refunds

Customers must provide proof of ownership or authorization for custom branding.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
